This module looks at what TMOs are, the benefits of tenant management, how to set up a new TMO, and what you'll need to run a successful TMO.

By the end of this module, you will be able to:

• Understand what TMOs are, and why they are set up
• Appreciate the benefits of having a TMO, and consider if it's the right option for your area
• Explain the basic legal structure of a TMO to someone else
• Know the main steps in the process to develop a TMO
• Identify some of the key skills needed to run a successful TMO
